John Mellencamp says ex-girlfriend Meg Ryan hates him "to death".

Mellencamp, 65, told Howard Stern on his Sirius XM radio show that he and the You've Got Mail star did NOT get along.

It's a different story with Meg Ryan, whom he dated for three years.

When asked to elaborate on why Ryan would "hate" being in a relationship with Mellencamp, Mellencamp said, "I think it's because I'm a child".

The Indiana native expanded on his self-description: 'I throw fits, I gripe, I complain. "I'm moody. Every bad thing that a fella can be, that's me".

When Stern suggested that Mellencamp get in touch with Ryan to try to patch things up, he admitted that he'd already tried - and it didn't go well. "I can't blame her", he said.

After this merger, the company could tap new growth in Africa and other emerging markets like Colombia and Peru. Quarterly total volumes declined by 3.3%, with own beer volumes down 3.0% and non-beer volumes down 4.4%.

John Mellencamp has revealed for the first time that he split with Columbia Records in 2001 after the label's former president made a racist remark.

While it might be too late for him and Ryan, Mellencamp has remained friendly with a few of his former flames.

Mellencamp said Columbia Vice-President Larry Jenkins also lost his job at the label for objecting to the comment.

"I was married to [ex-wife] Elaine [Irwin] for 20 years. Elaine and I are still good friends", he added.

He'd also dated Christie Brinkley from September 2015 until last August, the upshot being that "We're still friends" who 'still talk'. "She would like to talk about me for a full half a second".

As previously reported, the You've Got Mail actress and Mellencamp chose to pull the plug on their relationship in August 2014 after three years of dating.
