Taco Bell To Sell Beer

Taco Bell

Taco Bell Canada announced Tuesday its plans to start selling beer at select locations beginning in June, as part of a major expansion.

Additional stores are expected to follow and the beverage list could expand beyond just suds. To keep up the pace, it wants to reinvent the way its customers, particularly millennials, experience dining in its restaurants. From breakfast to late night, Taco Bell serves made-to-order and customizable tacos and burritos, among other craveable choices, and is the first QSR restaurant to offer American Vegetarian Association (AVA)-certified menu items.

On Valentine's Day, Taco Bell announced plans to host wedding ceremonies this summer at its 24-hour Cantina restaurant in Las Vegas. The brand said that would increase its outlets there from the current 170 to more than 700 locations nationally. Still, Taco Bell says this is the first time the chain has created a test kitchen dining event open to anyone nationwide.

"At the core of our new design, we stay true to our Californian heritage". The first dining experience is set for two weeks later, on May 19.

Browns zero in on No. 1 pick, trade for veteran QB unlikely
The Cleveland Browns now own the number one pick, and Cleveland taking a quarterback could be a possibility. "We prepare a lot". There have been a lot of rumors that the Browns love Mitchell Trubisky and they are willing to make the trade.

"OpenTable prides itself on helping people make the hottest reservations around and is excited to partner with Taco Bell to give fans this exclusive opportunity", said Scott Jampol, Senior Vice President of Marketing at OpenTable.

Photos of the new store concept can be found here.

This unassuming building, in Irvine, Calif., is where Taco Bell cooks up its next ideas. But we'd recommend checking the Taco Bell site, Open Table's South Orange County page and social media on May 5 for the link.

To be totally honest with you guys, I can not imagine a more flawless food/drink combination than tacos and beer. It seats more than 21 million diners per month at more than 40,000 restaurants.
