Led Zeppelin reunion rumours abound

Rumor Mill Will Led Zeppelin Reunite for Desert Trip 2017

A cryptic message on Robert Plant's website has sparked online rumours that Led Zeppelin could reunite. This ambiguous message from Plant's camp follows a week of speculation stemming from a post on a blog called Feel Numb which claimed to have insider information on a potential Zep set at the 2017 edition of the Desert Trip Festival.

Fans of the band have now speculated that Led Zeppelin could reform again on the back of a message that currently sits on Plant's official website which reads: "Any time now..."

Feel Numb first mentioned it last week, revealing that "some well placed sources in the industry" are reporting that Robert Plant is indeed "in".

The 2016 Desert Trip Festival, which took place in Indio, California, last October, featured performances by the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney, Neil Young, Roger Waters and the Who.

Taliban announce spring offensive 1 week after Afghanistan massacre
The report said that as of March this year, 210 children had been killed - up 17 percent from the same period last year. Eighteen ISIS fighters were killed in what was described as a "gunfight", according to Fox News.

Supposedly, Led Zeppelin turned down an offered appearance at last year's inaugural Desert Trip.

Next year marks the band's 50-year anniversary and that's fueling rumors that the band is looking for a way to celebrate. So it's not like Led Zeppelin wouldn't fit right in.

It's worth noting Led Zeppelin reunited once before in 2007 for the Ahmet Ertegun Tribute Concert at the O2 Arena in London. The live album and DVD was released as Celebration Day in 2012.
