South Korean smartphone maker Samsung has launched the Galaxy On Max photography-centric mid-level phone in India. The processor on the phone is an octa-core MediaTek chipset which clocks a decent speed of 2.39GHz.

Otherwise, the device is largely the same, featuring an Exynos 8890 chip, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage a 12-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has a larger PLS capacitive display of 5.7-inch that supports a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at 386 ppi.

"Our global clients seemed to have been impressed by the way Samsung handled the Galaxy Note 7 situation, and this helped boost investor sentiment", a Samsung SDI official was quoted as saying by the local media.

Samsung Galaxy On Max Price in India is Rs. 16,900.

Hence, Samsung On Max looks like a smartphone which has a high-performance camera and quick sharing and payment features. The device will be powered by Android Nougat 7.1.1 OS along with the S Pen capabilities. The front camera is also 13MP with f/1.9 aperture.

Its connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, 3G, HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB.
